Guillaume Germain
Consultant, Marketing and Graphic Design Expert, Entrepreneur in Residence
Guillaume is a self-made entrepreneur whose career bridges design, technology, marketing, and business. A college dropout who first studied the arts at Cégep du Vieux Montréal, Guillaume launched his career in graphic design before moving into web development—an evolution that set the stage for his lifelong focus on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
In 2011, he co-founded Monolith®, a digital development agency that has since grown into the Monolith Conglomerate, where he serves as CEO and sole owner. Today, Monolith spans three divisions:
Monolith Agency: creative strategy, web development, design, and visual content production.
Monolith Holdings: investment and management of commercial real estate and other assets.
Monolith Tech: incubation of proprietary apps and software solutions.
Guillaume is also the co-founder of Les Nettoyeurs White’s, a Montreal-based dry-cleaning company that raised $3.2M to build a state-of-the-art facility and open retail boutiques in Boucherville. Under his leadership, the company is expanding into home and corporate delivery services and launching Maison White’s, a line of household products anchored by its flagship laundry soap, Original.
His entrepreneurial reach extends further as a partner in Classavatar, a school management application used by more than 100,000 users in Quebec primary schools. The platform is rapidly scaling to become a reference tool for teachers across Canada and, eventually, international markets.
In the digital art world, Guillaume also made waves with Styllar™, a collection of 10,031 digital artworks that sold out in under three hours, generating nearly $100K USD in daily secondary market resales and reaching a market cap of $8M USD within three months.
Today, Guillaume oversees five SMEs with a team of 18 employees and annual revenues of $2.5M. With over 14 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has built strong foundations for sustainable growth and international expansion.
Headquartered in Montréal’s Old Port, the Monolith Conglomerate reflects Guillaume’s vision: to build, support, and propel businesses toward lasting success.
