Me Pascal Côté unites rigorous legal training with deep managerial insight. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (1996) and a Master of Science in Management (1999) from HEC Montréal, he completed his LL.B. at the University of Sherbrooke in 2001 and was admitted as lawyer (Quebec Bar) in 2002.
His practice centres on corporate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on guiding entrepreneurs and companies through cross-border transactions and strategic growth. He routinely advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and compliance, while also counselling clients in real estate, fintech, biotechnology, and intellectual property.

Leveraging more than two decades of international experience, Me Côté has led mandates across West Africa, China, France, Switzerland, the Caribbean, and the United States.
