Me Pascal Côté unites rigorous legal training with deep managerial insight. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (1996) and a Master of Science in Management (1999) from HEC Montréal, he completed his LL.B. at the University of Sherbrooke in 2001 and was admitted as lawyer (Quebec Bar) in 2002.
His practice centres on corporate and commercial law, with a strong emphasis on guiding entrepreneurs and companies through cross-border transactions and strategic growth. He routinely advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and compliance, while also counselling clients in real estate, fintech, biotechnology, and intellectual property.

Leveraging more than two decades of international experience, Me Côté has led mandates across West Africa, China, France, Switzerland, the Caribbean, and the United States. From 2015 to 2019 he chaired the Quebec Bar’s International Relations Committee, and he remains a sought-after speaker on international business law and negotiation strategy.
A published author and seasoned lecturer, Me Côté frequently contributes to conferences on corporate governance and teaches business law at the University of Sherbrooke. He is also member of several boards of directors, where his expertise in risk management and international expansion adds strategic value.
