Her practice focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, implementation of optimal corporate structures, real estate development projects and securities.

Isabelle has over 20 years of experience, including five years within large corporations as an executive and in-house counsel, as well as over eight years working for major Canadian law firms. She has acquired solid skills and understanding of various business sectors.

During her career, she has acted as counsel to corporations in acquisitions and divestitures, to property developers in major real estate projects, and to issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements. She has also played a key role in facilitating the establishment of a number of foreign companies in Canada.

She graduated in law from the Université de Montréal in 2005, where she was on the Dean's List. Isabelle also holds a degree in psychoeducation from the Université de Sherbrooke.
