Sultan Al-Nassour is a tactical leader, specialized in risks and governance of critical government infrastructures. He is the co-founder and Chairman of The Farms Holding Limited and co-founder of CopperMane Holdings LLC.

He is currently leading the utility sector (critical infrastructures) within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, focusing on operational risk, resilience, and security within one of its core infrastructure companies. His role covers business continuity management, risk management, cybersecurity, and crisis/emergency management.

Prior to 2007, when he returned home to Abu Dhabi, UAE, Sultan worked abroad with Shell Oil as a trader, and as an IT network analyst with IBM and the Ontario Department of Education. He studied in Toronto, Canada, and graduated in Computer Science and IT Management.
